I don't want people to be too afraid of the Carrows because then nothing will get done about them. But they shouldn't think they're some sort of joke either just because they've been hexed by those charms. They're still Death Eaters and students will only get into trouble if they don't take them seriously.

There's something about Snape's new and rightfully and honestly earned office I'm not remembering. It was certainly impressive. Who did he kill to get in there?

I really don't know why I make jokes about things like that when even I don't find them funny.

It has come to my attention that certain members of the Gryffindor Quidditch team are feeling a bit underexercised. And since I'm a good captain, I make it a point to listen to the needs of my teammates. I'm therefore going to add an extra day's training on to what we already do and start morning jogs three times a week. They'll only be for half an hour for now, but I'll build up as we increase in fitness.

And if you miss one session, I'll get you to make up double what you skipped on Saturday mornings. Don't do it, in other words. It's not worth sleeping in for.

The runs will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and start at 6:30. I'm also researching new drills for our practices. Now isn't that exciting?

I've got food. I'm hiding out in the prefects' bathroom with it if you want to send a few people there to get some for your house. Not too many please, as it will be suspicious, and only people who'd go there normally. I have a limited amount of willpower, but if Smith comes in the name of the greater good I'll manage not to hex him.

Gulch has told the ferret not to let the Slytherins out of their common room so they shouldn't come this way, but I'm staying here just in case. And no, don't ask how I got this stuff if you know what's good for you.
